Cancellation & Returns Policy
At Jewelatoz, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policies below:
Initiating a Return:
- Notification: Please notify us of your intention to return the item within 72 hours of delivery by emailing us at jewellatoz@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at 8440072837
- Documentation: Include images and video of the received item(s) in your email to help us understand and address the issue promptly.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost and cover the reverse shipping charges if:
- The item was damaged during transit.
- The item received does not match your order (please refer to our disclaimer).
For returns or exchanges due to other reasons, a processing fee will be applied:
- Exchange: INR 150
- Return & Refund: INR 150 to INR 185 (Conditions Apply)
This fee covers restocking and reverse pickup costs. Please note that some products may only be eligible for exchange. Check the product page for specific return eligibility.
International Orders:
Currently, we do not offer reverse pickup for international orders. Customers will need to arrange return shipping at their own cost.
Valid Return Guidelines:
To ensure a smooth return process, please:
- Securely pack the items you wish to return.
- Notify us to arrange a pickup through our logistics partner.
Note: Items returned without the original box packaging will incur a 20% restocking and repair charge.
Refund Policy:
We aim to provide the best product to you. If you still prefer a refund:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund within 24-48 hours.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-6 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Exceptions:
- Digital Payments: Refunds will be remitted to the same account used for the purchase.
- Cash on Delivery: Refunds will be processed through account details shared by the customer via a payment gateway link.
Disclaimer:
- Packaging Care: We take great care in packing your items. However, minor issues like loose embellishments or findings may occur. We suggest simple fixes, such as reattaching components by hand or glue.
- Color & Design Variations: Slight differences in color or design may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products. We appreciate your understanding.
- Unpacking Video: Unpackaging video is mandatory once you have received your order. Please note that this video is not made in parts and is not tampered with to avoid evidences of the damaged product. Once you have made this video, you can share via WhatsApp or you can email us at jewellatoz@gmail.com. Our team will review it and if everything is according to the steps we can refund you or replace the same product as per your request. No questions asked.
Order Cancellation:
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations: You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- Website-Initiated Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel your order, we will notify you, and any charges will be refunded to your original payment method.
